Returns Made Simple

You can return items within 30 days of the order date for a store credit or a refund.

A quick note: Custom flag orders are a bit different. Once we start making your custom flag, we can't offer a refund or exchange.

Return Guidelines

• Condition: Items must be in new condition with original packaging and accessories.
• Timing: Returns must be made within 30 days of the order date.
• Authorization: Returns need to be pre-approved by one of our team members.

Important to Know

Flags endure a lot out there, and while we'd love for them to last forever, the elements can be pretty harsh. Generally, a flag made from polyester, nylon, or cotton will last about 90 days if flown daily from sunrise to sunset. If it's flying 24/7, it might wear out sooner. While we can't guarantee a specific lifespan, giving your flag some TLC can help it last longer. As a wholesaler, we offer discounts, so you can replace your flags 2-3 times a year without hassle.
