How long do custom flags and banners take?
Production depends on the product and quantity. Some custom orders may require up to 3–4 weeks before shipping. If you have a deadline, please request a quote.
Do you offer rush production?

Artwork & File Uploads
What files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, and SVG are accepted. Vector files (AI/SVG/PDF) provide the best print quality.
What resolution should my design be?
We recommend 300dpi at full size. Low resolution images may print blurry or pixelated.
Will you check my artwork?
Yes — we review files before printing and will contact you if anything needs adjustment.
Orders & Pricing
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
Yes. For larger quantities, request a custom quote and we’ll provide the best pricing available.
Can I get a proof before printing?
Proofs may be available depending on the product. Request one when placing your order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Changes are only possible before production begins. Contact us as soon as possible with your order number.
Shipping & Policies
Is shipping different for custom orders?
Yes. Shipping begins after production is complete. Transit time is separate from production time.
Are custom products returnable?
Because they’re made specifically for you, custom items are generally non-returnable unless there is a defect or printing error.
