Shipping Standards Products are shipped via UPS, FedEx, USPS. Generally Shipping times are 3-5 business days within U.S.A. Delivery internationally approximately takes 7-10 business days. All orders must be prepaid before shipping. Orders placed by 3pm PST will ship at the same business day. Orders are shipped directly from The warehouses with Standard Operating Procedures. General shipping standards are provided below to better serve your expectations and ensure consistent quality service.

RETURNS POLICY No merchandise will be accepted for return without written authorization. Returns accepted within 30 days only with products in their original condition and packaging. Return policy does not apply to pickup orders or repeat customers.

NOTE: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an error was made by Flags Importer Corp. We will issue a credit for merchandise returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Items being returned must be original package in new condition for a full credit to be issued. A copy of the receipt must be included with any returned items. Please send any returns to our address printed on your receipt. Custom items are NOT returnable. Please e-mail with any questions you may have about returns. 

INCORRECT ITEM RECEIVED (Shipping Error) Sometimes shipping packing errors will occur. If we sent an incorrect item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your order. Please contact us by e-mail or call us at 1-800-709-3488 so we can promptly correct the error.
If you have received the wrong item(s) and contact us within the 30 day period, we will issue a return shipping label. Any replacements shipped will be charged as a separate order. Once we receive the returned item(s), you will be credited for the returned merchandise.
Picture proof is needed for return tag to be issued.
If you have selected express shipping on your order (Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air or 3 Day Select) and the order is shipped via the wrong method and you no longer need the products in the order, please refuse the package from UPS.
Flags Importer is not responsible for return shipping fees for packages accepted after scheduled delivery date.

FREIGHT CHARGES & TAXES Shipments are FOB our warehouse unless specifically quoted otherwise. Unless specifically requested, orders will be shipped via UPS Ground transport. Freight charges will be added to the invoice. Any freight quotation provided before shipment is an estimate only. 7.75% Sales Tax is collected to any order shipped to the state of California. If your organization has tax-exempt status, we must have a copy of your California Resale (tax-exempt) certificate on file.

CARE OF PRODUCT Flags Importer makes its product to the highest quality industry standards of material and workmanship. One important cause that we cannot control is the way flags are treated by customers. Premature flag failure can be prevented.
